The day that I discovered frozen artichoke hearts in the frozen food aisle, I was overcome with joy. I love artichokes. I enjoy cooking them. I hate prepping them.
Frozen artichoke hearts are now a pantry staple of mine. All the artichoke prep work is DONE and you are ready to go! They make this recipe delightfully easy to make, and you are going to want to make it all the time. It goes great with roasted chicken, a side to a pasta dish, or braised beef.
