healthy homemade caesar dressing
You’ve gotta love caesar salads. Creamy, salty dressing… parmesan cheese… sometimes some grilled chicken… or salmon. So good. Get crazy and add some crushed potato chips. You won’t be disappointed, and you’ll feel good about yourself because you’re eating a salad. That is, if your caesar dressing isn’t loaded with fat and calories.
Last summer, I went through a kale caesar salad phase. I mean.. I still love kale caesar salads, but this was a serious. I probably had a kale caesar salad at least 4 times a week for lunch. I knew that if I wanted to satisfy these cravings, I would need to have a healthy recipe for this dressing.
This recipe will give you another reason to love your food processor. The ingredients are pretty simple, and if you’re like me, you already have most, (if not all) of the ingredients in your kitchen already.
